Nature’s Sculpted Masterpiece – Half Dome – 8,842 ft. elev.
Half Dome is the majestic sculpture of nature’s master piece which is has been sculpted and carved by giant glaciers in the heart of the Yosemite wilderness as the center hub of a hand crafted wheel with each spoke finely crafted and 
precisely placed by the hands of an artist. To the one who ventures to its majestic summit, will take a journey through the eyes’ of an eagle with panoramic views to pristine meadows filled with wild flowers, glacier carved valleys with cascading water falls and High Sierra Peaks as far as the eye can see.
By the days end Nature’s Sculpted Masterpiece glows with life in the last light of day.

Good question, the Half Dome trip can be hiked in one day but it’s a strenuous 16+ mile round trip hike. I recommend taking two days to make this adventure hike so you have the extra time to enjoy the spectacular scenry, the half Dome trip is worth taking the extra time to fully experience this adventure.
