Exploring the Grand Canyon and the surrounding southwestern landscape by means of a dual sport adventure motorcycle offers remote wilderness, spectacular scenery and challenging off-road adventure that's a must do for any true adventure rider. Grand Canyon is massive, its vastness stunning and the on-going geological evidence it reveals is one of the world's most visually powerful landscapes. The Grand Canyon was formed during 6 million years of geologic activity and erosion by the Colorado River that carved the massive gorge which measures over 18 miles wide, over a mile in depth and over 275 miles long. The buttes, spires and temples in the canyon are in fact mountains looked down upon from the rims. The horizontal layers in the earth's crust 
exposed in the canyon reveal geological history over 2 billion years and represent four major geologic areas making the Grand Canyon one of earth's greatest natural wonders of the world. SNA Team experienced true adventure while exploring over 2,000 miles in 8 days on the Grand Canyon Adventure including five different states from Las Vegas Nevada, Southern Utah, southwest corner of Colorado, New Mexico to Arizona which is home to the Grand Canyon National Park. Our adventure began on the world famous Las Vegas Strip which is worlds apart from the remote journey we were ready to embark on. With no time to waste we fired up our KTM 990 Adventures and roared out of town with the thoughts of uncertain outcome and the spirit of adventure. Before long we veered off the beaten path ventured down a scenic curvy desert road into the Valley of Fire.

Event Details:
Multi-Day Tour: (15 to 20 riders with 20 riders max)
This adventure ride is designed for (650cc+) to (1250cc+) dual-sport adventure bikes.
Off-road terrain is rated mild to moderate to challenging and lots of adventure.
Ride distance approx. 1,000 miles round trip (350 miles dirt roads)
Gas stops (150-mile range required)
MEETING TIME: 8:30 am (ride starts at 9:00 am)
MEETING LOCATION: Las Vegas Nevada.
The meeting location is TBD prior to the event date.
Arrive in the morning with a full tank of gas.
Ride returns to Las Vegas Nevada. (approx. 5:00 p.m.)
MEALS (Meals not included)
Breakfast Lunch and Dinner at restaurants.
Bring water and snacks.
HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS: (Hotel Not included)
Riders are responsible for booking their hotel reservations.
