Motoz Tires

Tires for 2-Cylinder Dual Sport Adventure Motorcycles How to find the best dual sport tires for 2-cylinder dual sport adventure motorcycles really depends on where you’re going to ride your bike and what type of performance you’re expecting from the tires.

Before we get started, it’s important to mention that everyone seems to have an opinion on tires so, this is simply my opinion. It may be important to mention that my opinion is based on a lifetime experience of off-road riding, hare-scrambles, enduro, and motocross including 2-cylinder adventure riding since 2007 and over 150,000 miles of 2-cylinder dual sport adventure riding in just about every type of weather and off-road terrain imaginable in the Sierra Nevada and through a portion of every western state including western Canada and Alaska.

In order to get the most out of 2-cylinder dual sport adventure motorcycles, you need a good set of tires. The challenge is to find a set of tires that can perform well on pavement and off-road in the dirt, rocks, sand, mud, etc. Well, to be clear there are no tires that exist that are the best in all conditions but I believe Motoz tires have developed possibly the best “Do it All” tires for 2-cylinder dual sport adventure motorcycles.

If you’re looking for a great set of tires for two-cylinder adventure motorcycle riding. I recommend the Motoz Tractionator Adventure tires. I’ve been getting about 4,500 miles out of the Motoz Tractionator Adventure tires versus an average of 2,000+ miles out of the Continental TKC80 tires. I’ve been told by other riders that they have been getting over 5,000 miles out of a set of Motoz Tractionator Adventure tires. The Motoz Tractionator Adventure tires have almost double the amount of tread depth than the Continental TKC80 tires so it’s easy to see why you will get about double the amount of mileage out of a set of Motoz Tractionator Adventure tires versus the TKC80 tires. I believe whatever style of adventure riding you do, you can expect about double the amount of mileage out of a set of Motoz Tractionator Adventure tires versus a set of Continental TKC80 tires.

If you’re looking for increased traction for off-road adventure. I recommend the Motoz Tractionator Rallz tires which provide a unique tread block pattern for more aggressive off-road traction compared to the Motoz Tractionator Adventure tires with about 3/4 the life span.

If you’re looking for long-lasting adventure tires. I recommend the Motoz Tractionator GPS tires. The mileage you will get out of a set of Motoz Tractionator GPS tires is very comparable to the Heidenau K60 Scout tires but the off-road traction is much better with the Motoz Tractionator GPS tires.

MOTOZ Tractionator Tires are made for riders who appreciate unique tires of high quality. MOTOZ specialized in enduro, desert, adventure, hybrid, and motocross tires, which I believe are the best quality high-performance motorcycle tires available for dual-sport ADVENTURE!
